What we do

How we Work

We are Aspirational

At ELC we believe it is important to raise aspiration for young people from underrepresented groups and re-define what they believe is possible. Through our educational network, we are providing young people, especially those of African-Caribbean heritage, with opportunities to meet, discuss and prepare for careers in Academia.

We want to unlock young people's potential and see them flourish, and their ambition grow.
